Personal History

I have the husband of one wife, Jackie, since 1984. I am the father of one son, Ryan.
I am a 10 year veteran of the United States Air Force. I have traveled overseas to the Far East Asian countries in the military.
I am an electrical engineering graduate of the University of South Florida. I worked in the technical field of telecommunication for 13 years designing telecommunication networks.

I received Jesus Christ as my Savior of the age of 15 years old. I have been involved in public church ministry since 1984. I’ve served as youth pastor, a pulpit minister, teacher, church department head and other duties within the church. I have also done a lot of ministry outside of the church in the community like a homeless shelter ministry, drug and alcohol rehabilitation ministry, juvenile detention center ministry and mission’s trips. For years, I have been conducting a weekly fellowship meeting on Wednesdays at an adult daycare center (Sarah Care) for the sick and elderly.

RAM History

RAM was initially incorporated in Georgia under the name Regeneration World Church (RWC) in August 2004. Regeneration World Church (RWC) name was officially changed in 2014 to Regeneration Apostolic Ministries (RAM). RAM is an official IRS 501(C)3 religious organization. 100% of contributions go to fulfill the RAM’s vision and mission. The ministry has no employees at this time, so 100% of the contributions go directly towards ministry with exception to governmental fees and direct operational costs (administrative supplies and etc…).

I received the call from God to start the ministry in 2001. Initially, I thought that the ministry would be like a traditional church and evolve into what it is today. After completing two years of Bible school at Victory World Church Ministry Training Center (VWCMTC) in Norcross, Georgia, I was sent out to do what God called me to do by the pastors and elders of Victory World Church in Norcross Georgia.

I pastored RWC until 2015. Towards the end of my tenure of pastoring a local church ministry, I realized God’s favor and leading in the area of total apostolic ministry. I was more effective on mission’s trips locally or internationally than pastoring a local fellowship. I sensed the Lord was transitioning me away from the work of pasturing in local church fellowship. I decide to follow the Lord’s leading to completely transition away from pastoring in 2015. When I did, God’s favor in the area of apostolic ministry increased. Doors began opening to other nations as well as ministries here in the United States. 2016 was my first full year totally dedicated to apostolic ministry. God is continually opening doors for my ministry internationally and domestically along with increasing my effectiveness in ministry.

RAM has been affiliated with Global Legacy international apostolic network since 2011. Global Legacy is a network of churches and ministries that share the vision of seeing God’s kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. This organization helps ministers, ministries, and local church fellowships fulfill this vision and call of Jesus Christ. They provide resource training and accountability to the connected ministries and churches. The leader of this organization is Bill Johnson of Bethel Church in Redding, California.

In 2017, RAM will begin an international school a ministry to train ministers to address the needs of all people of all nations with God’s compassionate love and supernatural power. The goal is to establish schools of ministry throughout the nations of the world that the church of Jesus Christ will fulfill the prophetic mandate of Isaiah 61.

The Vision of RAM

The vision of RAM is the vision of Jesus Christ:

Matthew 6:10 (NLT)
“May Your [God’s] Kingdom come soon. May Your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.”

Mark 16:15 (NLT)
15 And then he told them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News [the Gospel of God’s Kingdom] to everyone.

John 3:16-17 (NLT)
16 “For God loved the world so much that he gave His one and only Son [Jesus Christ] so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. 17 God sent His Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through Him.

The Mission of RAM
RAM’s mission is Isaiah 61 where the gospel of God’s kingdom impacts a community of people to make them healthy and whole that they may restore their ruined cities.

Isaiah 61:1-4 (NLT)
1 The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me, for the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed. 2 He has sent me to tell those who mourn that the time of the Lord’s favor has come, and with it, the day of God’s anger against their enemies. 3 To all who mourn in Israel, he will give a crown of beauty for ashes, a joyous blessing instead of mourning, festive praise instead of despair. In their righteousness, they will be like great oaks that the Lord has planted for his own glory. 4 They will rebuild the ancient ruins, repairing cities destroyed long ago. They will revive them, though they have been deserted for many generations.

RAM accomplishes its mission by:

  • ENGAGING nations through its communities by establishing and building strong healthy personal relationships.
  • EVANGELIZING communities with the declaration and demonstration of God’s kingdom with God’s compassionate love and supernatural power.
  • EQUIPPING the church of Jesus Christ (believers and disciples of Jesus Christ) to engage, evangelize, minister to and transform their communities with the love of Christ Jesus and the supernatural power of God.
  • ENCOURAGING the church of Jesus Christ (believers and disciples of Jesus Christ) in the work that God in Christ Jesus has assigned them.
