Carson N. Skinner
APOSTLE AND PRESIDING MINISTER

Apostle Carson N. Skinner, preacher, teacher, motivator, entrepreneur and founder of Regeneration Apostolic Ministries, is a native of St. Petersburg, Florida. He accepted his calling in 1985, and served as an Associate Minister at Kadena Air Base Chapel #2 in Okinawa, Japan. He was ordained and licensed by Pastor Walter L. Davis of Unity of Love Church of Petersburg, Virginia, on January 15, 1988. He served as the youth minister and general pastoral care.

This visionary values and is admired by many for his notable integrity. Apostle Carson challenges himself daily to live out a lifestyle of true obedience to God’s word in humility. By the grace of God, Apostle Carson emulates the fine example of being a godly servant-leader, a responsible sacrificial Christian, husband and father, as he witnessed in his parents Carson W. and Mattie Skinner, his grandmother Ivy Skinner, and other great mentors in his life.

Apostle Carson strongly believes in servant-leadership motivated by faith in God. He has dedicated his life to serving God, his family, the people of God, and his community in the name of Jesus. His life’s vision is to fulfill the will of God for his life in its entirety along with assisting those he serves and influences to entirely fulfill the will of God for their lives.

Apostle Carson is most notable for his faith in God and his love for God and people. He is a continual student of the word of God. He studies heavily under the teachings Chuck Swindoll, Chip Ingram, A. W. Tozer, John F. MacAuthur, J. Oswald Sanders and John C. Maxwell. He is a graduate of Victory World Ministry Training Center in Norcross, Georgia. He also possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.

Apostle Carson’s messages are God-inspired, powerful, prophetic, and exciting. He strongly believes in seeking the word from the heart of God that is relevant for the specific time, place and people that he ministers to. He is not ashamed to share his life’s pain and failure because he knows that events of his life are meant for ministry. Therefore, his transparent ministry style is a testimony of the goodness of God.

Apostle Carson is a loving, devoted, and responsible husband and father to his wife, Jacquelyn, and son, Ryan. He is a true advocate of healthy families that are devoted to God. He firmly believes that a solid family life is a vital prerequisite for effective God-ordained ministry. Building strong healthy families is a core value of his life, his ministry and his leadership.

In Apostle Carson’s leisure time, he enjoys additional private communing time with God, spending time with family, fellowshipping, reading Christian and leadership books, listening to wholesome music and ministry teachings, and traveling.
